Day 3: Paracas – Ballestas Islands – Ica Winery – Huacachina

Early morning pickup in Lima for private transfer south.
Ballestas Islands: 1.5-hour boat tour through the Paracas National Reserve to observe sea lions, birds, and marine wildlife.
Sample of typical Paracas sweets (chocotejas, tejas, cookies).
Ica Winery Visit: Wine and pisco tasting session amid vineyard surroundings.
Huacachina Oasis: Desert oasis adventure featuring:
• Dune buggy ride (approx. 45 minutes) across sand dunes.

Approx. 16:15 departure from Huacachina.

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN LIMA

Arrival in Lima and reception at Jorge Chávez International Airport. Private transfer to your selected hotel.

The rest of the day is free to relax after your flight or explore the city at your own pace.

DAY 2 – LIMA CITY TOUR & CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

Breakfast at the hotel.

At the scheduled time, begin a guided City Tour of Lima, combining modern, colonial, and pre-Inca highlights.

Our first stop will be Love Park (Parque del Amor), where you will enjoy a panoramic and romantic view of the Pacific Ocean.

Next, we will pass by the pre-Inca ceremonial site of Huaca Pucllana, where your guide will provide an explanation from outside, highlighting its historical and archaeological importance.

We then continue to the Historic Center of Lima, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy a walking tour visiting:

Cathedral Basilica of Lima
Government Palace
City Hall
Archbishop’s Palace
Church and Convent of San Francisco, including a guided visit to its famous underground Catacombs

To conclude the tour, enjoy a Pisco Sour demonstration and tasting, learning about Peru’s national drink.

DAY 3 – PARACAS, ICA & HUACACHINA FULL-DAY TOUR

Early morning pick-up from your designated location in Lima. Begin a private journey south toward Paracas along the Pan-American Highway.

Ballestas Islands Excursion

Upon arrival in Paracas, enjoy a 1.5-hour boat tour to the Ballestas Islands, part of the Paracas National Reserve. Observe impressive marine wildlife such as:

Sea lions
Humboldt penguins
Pelicans and seabirds
Dramatic coastal rock formations

Paracas Sweets Tasting

After the boat tour, sample traditional local sweets including chocotejas, tejas, cookies, and other regional delicacies.

Ica Winery Experience

Continue to Ica and visit a traditional vineyard. Enjoy a guided wine and pisco tasting, accompanied by poetry readings. Taste a selection of wines, piscos, and fruit creams.
